Bony degeneration

By the age of 40 years, compressive strength of bone reduces by 50% in any sex. In females, it continues to reduce more . . . So the possibility of fracture even in non - infected and not effected by secondary tumours (spread of cancers) is very high. This reduction in strength continues to be more weak in females.

So do exercise, take calcium tablets, milk, bony pieces of the non vegetarian food . . . and avoid trauma at any cost!
