headache -- cloudburst/ throbbing/ expanding . . . persistently present/ morning . . .
papilledema
visual loss
if no secondary reason --
vascular headache -- propranolol the best prophylaxis in my practice
there are many others
in general -- headache means head is there
only if head is there, there will be headache
only human being complaint the headache
